Why do you want to go on this Mission Trip to Mexico?

I really got to be a part of the hands and feet of Jesus while in Mexico last Summer. I love the way that this ministry is such a part of the community and how they encourage you to have a relationship with the family you are building the house for and with everyone serving you.

What previous missions experience do you have?

I have been on several in the States Missions and I went to Mexico summer of 24'.

What is your salvation testimony?

I came to know Christ as my Lord and Savior when I was 7 at a VBS and then got Baptized when I was 9 by my Grandfather. I remember the Speaker talking about heaven and hell but I knew when he opened up that alter I needed to get myself down there. I have grown up in Church and have loved growing up in a Christian home.

What are you most looking forward to about this mission trip?

I am so excited to meet and get know these families that we will get to build a house for and love on all week.

A little about me and my family.

My name is Rebecca Sweeney, my husband is Paul and we have Four Children. I am a hairdresser by trade but have a heart for youth. My family and I have been attending The Gathering Church since 20' serving the Youth.

Pray that I can stay healthy and our family can raise the money needed.

In the book of Nehemiah we see how much can be accomplished when everyone pitches in. Some would say that many hands make light work. Each missionary needs to raise at least $1700 per week. I will be going for 2 weeks so I will need to raise $3400 to fund this journey. This is a journey of faith and trust for many!
