Robbie and his wife, Nancy, are the founding pastors of The Gathering Church. They have been in ministry as laypeople, pastors, and church planters for the last 34 years. Robbie attended the New Orleans Theological Seminary where he received a degree in Pastoral Ministries. Nancy obtained her Masters in Counseling and works providing support to youth with a mental health diagnosis.

The Baileys are passionate about discipleship and hold Colossians 1:28 as their life verse and mission statement: “We proclaim Him, admonishing every man and teaching every man with all wisdom, so that we may present every man complete in Christ.”

They have 5 adult children and 3 grandchildren. Their hobbies include golf, fishing and spending time spoiling the grandkids!
